At Birthstones Jewelry Inc, we want you to cherish your meaningful pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized jewelry. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original gift box and include the provided RMA form to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
