How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom birthstone pieces typically require 3-5 business days for crafting. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
While we offer a 30-day return policy for standard designs, personalized or custom-engraved birthstone jewelry can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
How should I care for my birthstone jewelry?
To maintain brilliance, clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and ultrasonic cleaners, especially for softer stones like opals or emeralds.
Can I request a specific metal for my birthstone setting?
Most of our designs are available in 14k Gold, 18k Gold, and Sterling Silver. You can select your preferred metal directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
